Terms and conditions of using the dataset made available on the www.Indepth-datasharing.org website are to serve as a controlled and efficient system to facilitate access to these datasets. The user must agree upon the following conditions:

• User acknowledges that these datasets remain to be proprietary to the respective DSS sites by laws of respective countries where the DSS is situated.

• User agrees that the participating sites reserve the Right to update the datasets without notification to the users

• User agrees that the dataset is generated in a format that will ensure anonymity of the individual participants.

• Users must undertake to regard information as confidential and prohibit manipulation of data for the purpose to identify the participant

• User agrees to take all reasonable measures to ensure that none of the Information in whole or in part is disseminated to any third party without prior permission from the respective DSS site.

• User agrees that electronic data must not be copied, and disclosed and/or used for purposes other than research or education.

• User agrees that the datasets are to be viewed and/or used, for statistical reporting, analysis and teaching only.

• User agrees to maintain the integrity of data in particular to the secondary analysis and reporting of the data.

• User agrees for displaying his/her name on the host website (www.Indepth-datasharing.org) as one of the users.

• User gives specific recognition and acknowledgement to the contribution made by the DSS sites in conducting DSS, collecting and making the data available.

• User assumes direct responsibility for any unauthorized or illegal access to the data entrusted to her/him.

• User agrees that penalties for violating terms of agreement will be applied upon the decisions made by the review committees; penalties include premature termination of the user’s access and/or to undertaken legal actions according to the by laws of respective countries where the DSS is situated.

• User agrees to adhere strictly to the terms of this agreement.

  I understand that this Agreement limits my rights to collect damages from Indepth for operating the web site and providing its service and that if I violate this Agreement I may be liable to pay Indepth for the damages caused by my violation.
